Our sommelier team puts barrels of passion and energy into developing a diverse and interesting wine list, using the knowledge they gain from continual tastings and talking with winemakers and suppliers.

 

The wine list at Skylon is diverse and features Old World classics and New World favourites, with accessible wines by the glass and a wonderful selection of fine wines.
