This Winter, the holiday spirit has arrived on the Southbank! Our inimitable Bar Manager, Arianna Inverardi, has created a festive drink menu in partnership with one of our favourite Gin & Vodka produces: Chase Distillery.

Chase creates perfectly flavoured Gin whether it be grapefruit and pomelo or a classic GB gin. Being crafted nearby in Herefordshire, their award-winning Gin and Vodka are the perfect accompaniment to Skylon’s menu, inspired by the very best produce the British Isles have to offer.
