Join us for a true epicurean bar experience; a gin & tonic masterclass led by Skylon’s expert mixologist.

The masterclass will begin with the tasting of three gins from our extensive collection, each paired with the appropriate tonic.

Our mixologist will then explain the history and heritage of each gin, as well as the nuances and delicacy of tonics, and how to enhance flavour with homemade tonics. After learning and sampling a selection of gins at the bar, feast on a three-course lunch from our Set Menu in the restaurant.
