In January 2025, we’re underwent an exciting refurbishment.
From January 27th, we invite you to meet us by the riverside and be the first to experience our stunning centrepiece bar, lush new furniture, lighting and flooring, and fresh food and cocktail menus.
Our new design pays homage to our original heritage, with touches of red throughout the design, alongside dark walnut wood, bronze mesh and vibrant gold embellishments, creating a unique and modern twist.
The showstopper is our brand-new Grand Central Bar, perfectly positioned as the central point of the restaurant, with stunning black porcelain that wraps all the way around the bar, offering a sophisticated setting. The new cocktail menu highlights the best of British spirits and mixology, with a brand new “Festival of Britain” menu ready for our relaunch.
Meanwhile, Head Chef Pavel Kobzaruk, has a slick new kitchen to work with and he’s developed irresistible menus to match. Going back to our roots as a British style Grand Brasserie, expect dishes that champion high quality British ingredients and cooking styles. Classics include the White Onion & Thyme Quiche, the Skylon Fish Pie, Lobster Rolls with Kosho Butter Emulsion. On the Grill, we’re serving Rib Eyes, Milk Fed Veal Cutlets, Cornish Plaice with Brown Butter Sauce.
