During Southbank’s Alchemy Festival from 15th -25th May, Skylon will be showcasing a twist of South Asian flavours – in a cocktail glass! Let our talented bar staff shake up a refreshing and vibrant Mumbai Delight (see below!) at our bar for you, priced at £8.50 for those with Alchemy tickets or £12.50 for those without. Don’t worry, if you’re a creature of habit then we have plenty more cocktails to choose from – or just ask one of our creative cocktail mixers to make up your favourite for you.
