London Cocktail Week is just around the corner! From October 5-11 2015 the city will see the biggest party of its kind return for a sixth year with parties, pop-ups, £5 Cocktail Tours and an entire cocktail village.

Throughout the event Skylon will be offering a beautiful cocktail for £5 to all those with London Cocktail Week wristbands!

We’ll be showcasing our John Haig’s Crusta; Haig Club whisky, Mandarine Imperial, Monin gomme syrup, lemon juice and rose water.

Make it at home with the recipe below!

– 40 ml haig’s club
– 20 ml mandarin napoleon
– 1/2 lemon juice
– 10 ml sugar sirup
– 1 dash of rose water
