The world’s greatest restaurant festival is back!
Taste of London Winter will be returning to East London’s Tobacco Dock from 20 – 23 November 2014 and our very own Head Chef Adam Gray will be there on Thursday 20 November for a demonstration at 6.30pm in the Fire Pit and 8pm in Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets.
Join Adam and Emma Stoffer at 6.30pm in the Fire Pit where Adam will be demonstrating how to cook Goose with an exciting barbeque style of cooking, while Emma tells us how we came to find this versatile but often forgotten meat on our Christmas tables.
Then at 8pm join Adam and other leading chefs at Electrolux Chefs’ Secrets where you can cook along with the star chefs and create mouth-watering and inspirational dishes. Places are free of charge and on a first come basis, so be sure to visit us early to avoid missing out.
