It’s not only our chefs that that freestyling with their favourite seasonal produce for The Wild Table! Head Bar Manager Fred Tartas has created a bespoke cocktail* for the event, aptly named ‘The Wild Monkey’ which will be served in the Skylon Bar. The cocktail is a unique blend of Monkey 47 gin, lemon juice, homemade nettle syrup and topped with homemade carbonated Riesling infused linden. Monkey 47 Shwarzwald Dry Gin is known for it’s herbal and fruity notes combined with Indian botanicals, and the natural flora of the German Black forest.
