In a city with thousands of bars it’s actually really hard to make your drinks stand out, but we’ve been rather tickled by the latest wheeze from riverside restaurant Skylon. The bar there has just brought out a new cocktail menu called Cloud 9 and they’ve given the bar a sky-high makeover to match.
