Skylon restaurant is our elegant, formal dining area, offering signature dishes such as confit organic salmon, guacamole, vegetables à la Grecque, shellfish mousseline. Choose from the a la carte or exquisite tasting menu in the evening. For lunch, try one of the wide selection of dishes on our set menu or opt for Helena's Gourmet Dish of the Week.
The grill is an altogether more relaxed dining experience where you can enjoy dishes such as steamed fillet of sea bass, crushed potatoes, nicoise olives, confit tomatoes or braised octopus and chorizo, spicy potato, baby gem, lemon dressing.
The extensive range of meat on the grill always impresses and is cooked to your liking whether it’s a salt marsh lamb rump or Chateaubriand for two.
